Hello guys, Lets see how the United states Grand Prix went. So, talking about Ferrari, 4 the races in which Felipe Massa has failed to score points out of the 18 so far this season. The no-score in Austin comes on top of the ones in Sakhir, Monaco and Nurburgring. Today also brings to an end a run of eight consecutive races in the points for the Brazilian.5 the number of consecutive races without a Ferrari driver on the podium. The last top three finish dates back to the Singapore Grand Prix, where Fernando Alonso finished second. That was also the last time the Scuderia’s points total topped the 20 mark (26.)6 the number of top three finishes for Fernando Alonso in the Drivers’ World Championship. Today’s fifth place seals his third second place out of four seasons with Ferrari, that go along with his two title crowns with Renault and a third for McLaren. The result is..1st Sebastian Vettel with the red bull 56 laps in 1:39:17.148.
Check this out: Austin, 17 November – Among the many celebrities cruising the Circuit of the Americas paddock, Sting was on hand to pay Scuderia Ferrari a visit. The popular English singer, who was performing last night at Austin’s Moody Theater in a special event organized by the Texan city for the championship event, revealed this was his first time at a Formula 1 race. “It’s my first time at a Grand Prix and it’s really exciting. The cars make a lot of noise, more than a rock concert!” commented the star when he came to the Ferrari garage. “I live in Italy, so I have to love Ferrari, it’s like a faith.” :'). that was it for today bye :).

Welcome back everyone :). Today I'm gonna talk about what is claimed to be the fastest car in the world the Koenigsegg Agera R. A lot of people will dispute the Agera R being given the title of ‘fastest car in the world’, as no official evidence has been produced to show it R reaching 273mph.
The 2013 model features new Aircore hollow carbon fiber wheels, upgraded power and enhanced aerodynamics. The Agera R has an incredible top speed of approximately 440 km/h (273mph).
Recent Records for the Agera R: 0-300 km/h in 14.53 sec, 300-0 km/h in 6.66 sec, 0-200 mph in 17.68 sec, 200-0 mph in 7.28 sec.
The 2013 Agera R has all the features and functionality of previous year models, but also features new and unique solutions to enhance performance and visual appearance even further.
Examples of these enhancements include: visible carbon on the front bonnet and bumper, new front side winglets, revolutionary Aircore carbon fiber wheels, new Aero exhaust, increased power and a raised RPM limit.
The Agera R´s unique carbon fibre monocoque chassis is designed to achieve its maximum stiffness without a roof, as the roof is detachable and stow-able in the front of the car. This in itself is an unusual feature for such a compact hypercar.
The Koenigsegg carbon monocoque chassis has an astonishing level of stiffness, measures at 65.000 Nm/deg. It weighs just 70kg, including the integrated fuel tanks.
The result of constant weight saving exercises is a dry weight of only 1330kg, making the Agera R the lightest, fully homologated hypercar presently in production. This car has a 5.0 liter V8 twin-turbo engine producing 1,140bhp and costs a meagre $1.6million. cheap XD. Anyways that was it for today I will let you know if this car is rally the fastest in the world or not. If you want to find out more check out this website: http://www.koenigsegg.com/models/agera-r/. goodbye :).

Hi guys this is a poem I made for creative writing class:
P.s. It has nothing to do with cars. :p
P.s. It has nothing to do with cars. :p
It Always Come
Dear Diary
“Life is a lie”;
There you are motionless;
Days repeating over and over;
You do what you have to do;
You can’t seize the day;
No freedom of thought;
The same pages read again and again monotonously;
It is all coming to an end;
I will not leave anything when all will be dark;
The ink is slowly disappearing;
One day only the title will be left;
A big eraser that will erase, allowing new words to be
written;
Don’t be sad;
This is how things go;
So a day, the end came;
A green field on top of me, no flowers;
Only a few words carved on stone;
Dear diary, “Life is a lie”.

Welcome back everybody :). The car of the week is the Lykan Hypersport. This luxury car is assuredly a car for the times. It looks extremely tough, thanks to
layered surfacing treatments that create the impression of an armored
vehicle. The scissor doors are wild, but nothing compared to the rear fender.
This is the most brutal part of the design, with the fender flaring out
wildly from the bodywork The powertrain of this car is one of its most special features. The
Lykan is powered by a mid-mounted, twin-turbocharged boxer six crate
motor from the German tuner, RUF, creating 750 horsepower and 750
pound-feet of torque. The RUF and Magna parts bolt securely on the Lykan Hypersport’s carbon
tub to create the world’s ultimate rat-rod Porsche. W Motors quotes a
0-to-60-mph time of 2.8 seconds, topping out at a claimed 245 mph. The W Motors Lykan Hypersport is priced at $3.4 million and will not be sold in the US or western Europe. (I think this is one of the main reasons why I never heard of it). The Lykan might be painted white like a sheep, but make no mistake: this
is a wolf of a car. Building on RUF’s high-speed experience and
mechanicals, and Magna Steyr Torino styling and interior, the W Motors
Lykan Hypersport looks like a small winner in the supercar world.
Production versions of hypercars with pricing above $3,000,000 are generally a pretty rare sight.
That will be the case with the W Motors Lykan, of which the company plans to build only ten copies before moving on to a Lykan Targa or cheaper Lykan SuperSport models. So, I did not find a lot of info about the engine (sorry about that) so this is it. good bye everyone.

Welcome back people, today we have The Experimental HY-KERS Hybrid vehicle. This car is amazing!.
Geneva, 2 March - The HY-KERS vettura laboratorio (experimental
vehicle) is an example of how Ferrari is approaching the development of
hybrid technology without losing sight of the performance traits and
driving involvement that have always exemplified its cars. This hybrid project is also aimed at ensuring that Ferrari will be in a
position to comply with future CO2 emissions standards, particularly in
terms of the urban cycle, as we know the urban cycle involves low revs and low engine loads, when sports cars are designed for maximum efficiency and performance at high revs. Ferrari has applied its F1 technology to the design and a new kind of electric motor which helps optimize the longitudinal and
lateral dynamics of the car, enhancing traction and brake balance. Weighing about 40 kg, the compact, tri-phase, high-voltage electric
motor of the HY-KERS is coupled to the rear of the dual-clutch 7-speed
F1 transmission. It operates through one of the transmission’s two
clutches and engages one of the two gearbox primary shafts. Under braking the electric drive unit acts as a generator, using the
kinetic energy from the negative torque generated to recharge the
batteries, it is controlled by a dedicated electronics module which was developed applying experience gained in F1. This experimental vehicle thus maintains the high-performance
characteristics typical of all Ferraris while, at the same time,
reducing CO2 emissions on the ECE + EUDC combined cycle by 35 per cent. This is pretty much it, but I wanted to tell you one more thing. The other important novelty at the Geneva Show is again aimed at
reducing emissions. From March 2010 in fact the Stop & Start system
will be available on the Ferrari California, reducing fuel consumption
and CO2 emissions by 6 per cent in the ECE + EUDC combined cycle.This solution is a further step in Ferrari’s on-going strategy to reduce
fuel consumption and emissions, even when increasing performance. If you wanna find out more, here is the website: http://www.ferrari.com/english/gt_sport%20cars/sport-prototypes/Pages/sport_prototypes.aspx. Hope you enjoyed, bye.

welcome everybody I have some news for you.
Frankfurt, 10 September
The Ferrari 458 Speciale was officially launched this afternoon at the Frankfurt International Motor Show, by President Luca di Montezemolo and Managing Director Amedeo Felisa and Vice President Piero Ferrari.
Besides this I wanted to talk about what Formula 1 is. I felt like it is important.
When the French held the first grand prix in 1906, the race organizers, the Automobile Club de France, couldn't have guessed how big their motor sport would become. That first race featured 32 cars on a 65-mile course near Le Mans and took two days to complete. The average speed of the winning car, a Renault driven by Hungarian Ferenc Szisz, was 62.887 mph.
From those humble origins, Formula One racing was born, and over the years, it has grown to be one of the most popular sports in the world. Formula racing refers to a class of motor sport defined by open-wheeled, single-seat race cars. Open-wheeled cars have their wheels outside of the car's body, unlike "normal" cars and stock cars, whose wheels are under the fenders. As its name implies, Formula One is the pinnacle of formula racing, featuring the best drivers in the most powerful, technically advanced cars. A Formula One season consists of a series of races, or grands prix, held on circuits across the world. The results of each race are combined to determine two annual championships: the Formula One World Drivers' Championship and the Formula One Constructors' Championship. A points system decides the champions for a given season. A driver earns points based on how he places in each race. The driver with the most points at the end of the season is crowned champion. a season consists of 15 to 17 races, with the majority of the races concentrated in Europe.Winning in Formula One brings prestige -- and financial rewards. A driver's salary is established by his contract with the team.a driver can earn a bonus -- perhaps $150,000 or so -- for winning a race. He can also earn a bonus for winning the Driver's Championship. yep.. these were some of the facts about Formula 1 hope you enjoyed see ya all next week ;) bye. source: http://auto.howstuffworks.com/auto-racing/motorsports/formula-one.htm

Welcome back!!. Last time we talked about the first car I ever drove, but today I'm going back to sport cars. Here it is 599XX have fun!
While based on the 599 GTB Fiorano ,with the same trans axle layout and engine type, this prototype is an extreme track car. It is , exclusively built for use on race tracks, apart from official
motorsport competitions, is the synthesis of the most innovative
technology. What's new? Internal attrition has been reduced and the maximum revs have been boosted, Particular attention was paid to cutting the weight of the engine unit components and adopting exclusive materials, as in the carbon-fiber used for the intake plenums.The 599XX's aerodynamics were honed in numerous Wind Tunnel test
sessions with the result that the car now boasts 280 kg of down-force at
200 km/h (630 kg at 300 km/h). The front underside of the body is
completely fired-in and the vents that channel hot air from the engine
bay have been moved to the bonnet. The 599XX is characterized by an innovative electronic concept called the 'High Performance Dynamic Concept', The mechanical and electronic systems work together to get the maximum
performance from the car under extreme high performance driving, for
consistent lap times.
In terms of the bodywork, composites and carbon-fiber have been widely used and the engineers drew on their experience in working with aluminum to reach the weight target. The 599XX comes with slick tyres (29/67 R19 front and 31/71 R19 rear), specifically developed to maximize stability in cornering and increase lateral acceleration. They are fitted to 19 x 11J wheel rims at the front and 19 x 12J at the rear. Lets look at some Specifications

welcome back everybody, hope you had a great week, because mine was kinda boring. luckily i have this blog to write. So i just wanted to start saying that even though I can't drive legally, it doesn't mean that i didn't drive before, in fact I have been driving my grandpa's car over the whole summer, I know what you are thinking and no! i didn't drive over anybody. let me show you guys, the " not new" fiat panda 2a.
Now, before you all start laughing, think that my grandpa is 78 and he does not need a fast or beautiful car,
believe me when i say " this car is full of memories" one of them is when my grandpa used to take me, my brother and our 15 friends around, all of us together stuck in there, it was like a human Tetris and it was so fun! so today she is in the spotlight! she deserves it!.
How you can all see, it is not a new car. It was first offered in the year 1991 up to middle 1991 in Europe but similar models were first produced by an Italian car manufacturer FIAT in 1986. It is really small car and it only has three doors, its weight is 700kg or 1543lb. You may think that it doesn't go fast... and it really doesn't, its maximum speed is 125km/h or 77m/h the best thing is that most of the times it won't even get to 70km/h, 43m/h ( when my grandpa drives). Its fuel type is petrol and its emissions are really high ( you guessed it). It gets from 0 to 100km/h in 24.7, 62m/h in 24.7 seconds so you accelerate but you almost don't feel it . I used to tell my grandpa to drop off and push the car " I bet you can make it go faster!!", we had such a great time. this model has a fuel capacity of 40 liters, 10.6/ gallons and has a consumption of 5.2l/100k which was pretty good at that time.
They don't produce them anymore so the only way you can get one ( i know you do) is to buy it from somebody else.. which means " pre-owned". that was it for today's blog, hope you enjoyed, see you all next week,
bye!

Welcome back everybody, I wanted to start this blog with something from my country.. why not..
Let me introduce you to one of the most powerful cars produced by The Italian sports car manufacturer "Ferrari".
Say hi to this lady: F12 Berlinetta.
Produced in 2012 has won the international Engine of the year Awards 2013 in the best performance and best engine category.
The use of different aluminum allays and various technologies for assembly and connection of components allowed to reduce the weight to 1525 kg and maximise performance efficiency.
The motor and driving seat have been lowered, and the new layout of the suspension and gearbox have allowed to contain the dimension of the rear. It is therefore, shorter, lower, and narrower than the previous v12 coupe.
despite its compact exterior dimensions offers a very high level of comfort.
F12 Berlinetta has a maximum speed of 340km/h, 211m/h it can get from 0 to 100km/h in 3,1 seconds and from 0 to 200km/h in 8.5 seconds.
The design of the f12 Berlinetta is based on the perfect balance between maximum aerodynamic efficiency and elegance of the proportions, typical of a Ferrari v12 engine.
Its line is sleek and low, the design of the side is heavily sculpted which allows the passage of air.
The front is characterized by a mightly mouth which ensures the cooling of the 12 cylinders.
Now lets go with the price.
It starts from 274.000 euros or 360,000 dollars which I think its normal. We know there are cars way more expensive out there. That was is for today's blog hope you liked this recension, leave a comment if you have any question i will try to answer. i leave you guys with a video, bye.

Dear readers, Welcome to my blog!!.
My name is Matteo and I'm 15 years old ( Yes! too young to drive..).
I'm Italian and me and my family moved here because the company my dad works for asked him to.
This is now the third year and also the last one, then I' ll be moving back.
I am a Junior at Princeton High School, It's a nice school, teachers are fun, nothing like Italian teachers who are really severe. I' ll say that I like it because it's easy, nothing to add.
I have a twin brother who follow almost my same schedule and he will be creating his own blog too.
I'm creating this blog because I wanted to try a new experience...
Not really, this is the first project of the " Creative Writing" class, but I'm sure I'll love it since is a good way to improve my writing and reading skills. We had the possibility to choose the topic, so I'll be talking about somethings I really like such as cars and motorbikes. Everything you can drive and goes fast will be welcome here. "You" because I don't have my license so I can't drive... Yet!!
I encourage you guys to comment ( once i find out how this thing works).
You are free to judge say what i do wrong, what I say wrong whatever give advices, if you want me to talk about something, ask!. This would help me a lot.
Please don't cuss, this is a school Environment, those kind of words are not allowed, If you do, it means you have read what i posted so MORE CREDITS FOR ME!!.
Thanks for reading, see all of you in my next posts.
